Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are excluded from any disclosure of personal information to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Consent provided to one Participating Business is not treated as consent to receive text messages from a separate affiliated or related business unless you separately opt in to that business’s messaging program.

These providers may process your mobile number and messaging information only as necessary to provide services to us or otherwise as permitted by law.
Providing information to a service provider that processes information on our behalf is not authorization for that provider to use your mobile information or messaging consent for its own marketing purposes.

We retain text messaging information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the messaging program, maintain records of consent and opt-out requests, provide customer service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and comply with applicable legal requirements.
We may retain records showing that you opted out after your other customer information is deleted when necessary to ensure that we continue honoring your opt-out request.
7. Security
